Game Formats
Whether you prefer intense 1v1 duels, chaotic multiplayer battles, or the challenge of draft, Outlast TCG has a format for you.
Standard (1v1)
The core Outlast experience. Two players face off with their constructed decks in a battle of strategy and skill.
- Players: 2
- Deck Size: 40 cards + Champion
- Starting Life: 20
- Game Length: 15-30 minutes
Standard is the competitive format, used for tournaments and ranked play. Master this format to prove you're the best.
Arena (Free-for-All)
Four players enter. One player leaves. Arena is a multiplayer free-for-all where alliances form and break as quickly as the tides of battle shift.
- Players: 3-4
- Deck Size: 40 cards + Champion
- Starting Life: 30
- Game Length: 45-90 minutes
Politics matter as much as power. Know when to strike, when to defend, and when to let your enemies destroy each other.
Draft
Build your deck on the fly from booster packs. Draft tests your ability to evaluate cards, read signals, and construct a winning deck from limited options.
- Players: 4-8
- Packs: 3 per player
- Deck Size: 30 cards + Champion
- Starting Life: 20
Each player opens a pack, picks one card, and passes the rest. Repeat until all cards are drafted, then build and battle.
